DEPOSIT $250.00 is required to secure your date.
GUARANTEED GUEST # A final guarantee of the number of guests must be made 7 days prior to the event. This guarantee is understood to be a minimum. Any additional guests will be charged the per person rate. Any fewer than the guaranteed number in attendance means that host will be charged for the guaranteed number.
PAYMENT The balance due must be paid on or before the day of the event. If paid on day of event, payment must be received before service begins.
FOOD HANDLING All leftover food will be left behind but is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any food kept at incorrect temperatures can create food borne illness. Shake It Up Catering will not be responsible for food once purchaser has taken possession.
TABLE SET-UPS Tables, chairs, and placement set-up for the event are the responsibility of the host. We do not supply linens, dishes, tables, or chairs. We recommend West Michigan Event Outfitters for all of your supply needs. Check them out at www.wmeo.net.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES Gratuity of 15% of total invoice amount will be added to all events. Onsite Grill Charge of $50.00 Delivery charges and wait staff will be evaluated on an as needed basis.
