Dennis started in 2000 while working in Tool & Die building his trade mark, 105 square foot propane and wood smoker. He started out doing pig roasts on the weekends, and slowly built his business up from there. Then he started selling his signature food at George's Rootbeer Stand in Newaygo. After renting George's for a winter, we opened our catering kitchen in Grant. We have steadily been working there for over 3 years now, improving and defining our cooking skills, techniques, quality, and service. The Shake It Up team has delivered to Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Cadillac, Ludington, Muskegon, Grand Haven, Michigan City, Indiana, Detroit, Lansing, Saginaw, Alpena, Kalamazoo, and many more. In venues including; Reception Halls, Churches, Doctor Offices, Golf Courses, Parking lots, Fields, Woods, Parks, Boats, Backyards, Houses, and hopefully your home or business next.
